The Force Factor - The New Alternative to Steroids
Want to look strong and also feel strong? Want to build a ton of muscle but can't find the energy at the gym to do so? Well then you should read this. Its about a product known as the Force Factor. Its the legal alternative to steroids.
Your body naturally produces nitric oxide to move oxygen into your muscles while you exercise. This burst of oxygen keeps your muscles functioning while lifting weights or through your cardio session.
Unfortunately, your body can only generate a limited amount of nitric oxide. When the nitric oxide runs out your muscles can no longer power through the exercise no matter how much mental determination you have.

Taking a nitric oxide supplement 30 minutes before your workout could be the push your body needs to add weight to your bench press or run that extra mile. This increased stamina results in longer, harder workouts and a better body in less time.
The Benefits of Nitric Oxide Supplements
- Drastic Muscle Gains
- Increased Blood Flow and Oxygen Delivery to Muscles
- Transform Your Body
- Boosted Strength, Endurance and Power
- Supports Your Immune System

Linkin Park "Leave Out All the Rest"
"Leave Out All The Rest"
I dreamed I was missing
You were so scared
But no one would listen
'Cause no one else cared
After my dreaming
I woke with this fear
What am I leaving
When I'm done here?
So if you're asking me
I want you to know
[Chorus]
When my time comes
Forget the wrong that I've done
Help me leave behind some
Reasons to be missed
And don't resent me
And when you're feeling empty
Keep me in your memory
Leave out all the rest
Leave out all the rest
Don't be afraid
I've taken my beating
I've shared what I've made
I'm strong on the surface
Not all the way through
I've never been perfect
But neither have you
So if you're asking me
I want you to know
[Chorus]
I dreamed I was missing
You were so scared
But no one would listen
'Cause no one else cared
After my dreaming
I woke with this fear

Not all the way through
I've never been perfect
But neither have you
So if you're asking me
I want you to know
[Chorus]
Forgetting all the hurt inside
You've learned to hide so well
Pretending someone else can come
And save me from myself
I can't be who you are
[Chorus]
You've learned to hide so well
Pretending someone else can come
And save me from myself
I can't be who you are
[Chorus]
Forgetting all the hurt inside
You've learned to hide so well

I can't be who you are

- I really like this song from Linkin Park.

I don't believe that death is portrayed in this song whatsoever,
I think it's about someone who has been through a tough relationship with someone,
But is still with them but "hanging by a thread" .
And he's asking when the end comes, not necessarily death but the end of the relationship, to be remembered for the good things he has done and not his weaknesses and folly.

It's sort of sad but it's still a nice song to listen to.

ALL - STAR WEEKEND ( EAST VS. WEST)
All-star weekend was amazing. The rookie vs. sophomore challenge, the skills challenge, the 3-point shoot-out and the slam dunk contest, but the most anticipated and amazing part of the all-star weekend was the East vs. West showdown.
The West is the obvious “home team” in 2011 , with Kobe Bryant and Pau Gasol of the Lakers on the roster along with Blake Griffin of the Clippers. Also on the West is Kevin Durant of the Oklahoma City Thunder, Carmelo Anthony of the Denver Nuggets, Tim Duncan of the San Antonio Spurs and Chris Paul of the New Orleans Hornets. Duncan, Durant, Anthony, Bryant and Paul were the starters for Sunday's NBA All Star 20011 game.
The starters for the East were LeBron James of the Miami Heat, Amare Stoudemire of the New York Knicks, Dwyane Wade of Miami, Derrick Rose of the Chicago Bulls and Dwight Howard of the Orlando Magic.
Doc Rivers of Boston coached the East All Stars while Gregg Popovich of San Antonio coached the West All Stars.
A key reserve for the West was Dallas Mavericks forward Dirk Nowitzki, who remains the leading scorer on the Mavericks and a dangerous long range shooting threat. The East however had the Boston foursome of Ray Allen, Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce and Rajon Rondo, which gave the Eastern conference plenty of depth as well. Howard, also known as "Superman" and the game’s dominant big man, was another key asset for the East.
When all was said and done, the West came out on top with a 148-143 victory over the East. Kobe Bryant, who had 37 points, 14 rebounds and 3 assists, received the 2011 All Star MVP trophy over Lebron James.
I am a big fan of Kobe Bryant so I was glad that the West won and that Kobe got the MVP award, while Lebron lost and got nothing. That weekend was just perfect!
